What is the issue?
The proposed Additional Uses Area 11 does not include all of the R2 and R5 lots on the eastern and western sides of Forest Way that share similar location and land-use characteristics.
Why does WUFA disagree?
Excluding the 19 lots on the eastern side of Forestway and the 11 lots on the northern side of Wyatt Ave creates an arbitrary distinction between comparable land along the same corridor and may remove established or appropriate planning opportunities.
