What is the issue?
Educational facilities and other uses need to be included in Area 11 and Area 55. The proposed Additional Uses Area 11 does not include all of the R5 lots on the eastern side of Forest Way or the R5 lots on the northern side of Wyatt Ave that includes the John Colet School that share similar location and land-use characteristics. St Pius Playing Fields and Oxford Falls Grammar School are not included in Area 55.
Why does WUFA disagree?
Excluding the 19 lots on the eastern side of Forestway and the 11 lots on the northern side of Wyatt Ave from Area 11 creates an arbitrary distinction between comparable land along the same corridor and may remove established or appropriate planning opportunities.
St Pius Playing Fields and Oxford Falls Grammar need to be added to Area 55.

- The affected properties in Area 11 are 195–227 Forest Way and 6 - 26 Wyatt Ave Belrose. There are 30 lots proposed to be zoned R5 in this area.
- Area 11 should expressly include Educational Facilities, Places of Public Worship, Health Services Facilities, Early Education and Care Facilities, Boarding Houses, Car Parks, Exhibition Homes, Exhibition Villages, Veterinary Hospitals, Storage premises and Recreation Facilities (Outdoor).

Extend Additional Uses Area 55 to include St Pius playing fields and Oxford Falls Grammar School. Include Educational Facilities, Health Services Facilities, Early Education and Care Facilities, Boarding Houses, Car Parks and Recreation Facilities (Outdoor) as additional permitted uses in Area 55.
